On this episode, Million Dollar earner Taulia Lave blesses us with his presence from Honolulu, HI. Over the years, "T" has built a niche on social media as both an entrepreneur and a musician. He says that the thing he is grateful for is the ability to lead with humility and vulnerability. He takes offense with leaders who are not genuine with their teams. By happenstance, T made a video series called Free Tip Fridays which garnered huge success almost instantaneously by making parody of long-winded network marketing leaders propensity for tips that were difficult to follow. The engagement (without ad spend) allowed him to create a brand for himself that resulted in large amounts of followers, and new pools of prospects for his business. all without the typical network marketing social media spam.
