Why do we call it network "Marketing" when the tactics that are taught more closely resemble sales? With network marketing 4.0, it is more important than ever before to not only understand the difference between marketing and sales, but to also be able to excel with marketing. In this shift, you will be marketing and branding yourself, not your opportunity.
In this episode, we give you a sneak peek inside of the Cash Flow Networkers training course and we discuss the main differences between marketing vs sales, and WHY it's so important to understand these differences if you're ready to build a network marketing business with automations.

RJ Lucchesi joins the show this week to re-live the good ole glory days of network marketing. 7 years ago, he and his wife Andrea got their first look up close at network marketing, and they took the opportunity and ran to the moon with it, rank advancing to the penultimate position inside their company inside of 9 months. They became a poster-story for their network marketing company, and continue to inspire today.
In this episode, RJ and Aaron peel back onion layers about the ethical obligations of distributor and company, and what they'd like to see become more standard in the industry. Listen as RJ explains what he'd tell his younger self about network marketing, and what to watch out for you. Join us as we take the journey with RJ and hear the lessons learned in network marketing, and how those have translated in his NON-network marketing ministries today!

For this episode, we stay local in Denver, CO and visit with Million dollar earner Paddy McCracken. Paddy's network marketing experience has been rooted in continuous growth, as he's always been a seeker of knowledge. His story mimics that of many others as the early years were lean years in his business. From there, he took his knowledge and joined his second company where he hit it big.
Throughout this episode, Paddy weaves in personal development keys that have steadied him along the way. He talks about the challenges associated with handling "people", and we even play a game of Myth Busters as he helps debunk some of the myths that people have associated with network marketing.

On this episode, Million Dollar earner Taulia Lave blesses us with his presence from Honolulu, HI. Over the years, "T" has built a niche on social media as both an entrepreneur and a musician. He says that the thing he is grateful for is the ability to lead with humility and vulnerability. He takes offense with leaders who are not genuine with their teams. By happenstance, T made a video series called Free Tip Fridays which garnered huge success almost instantaneously by making parody of long-winded network marketing leaders propensity for tips that were difficult to follow. The engagement (without ad spend) allowed him to create a brand for himself that resulted in large amounts of followers, and new pools of prospects for his business. all without the typical network marketing social media spam. Check out the rest of his story on this week's episode.

It should be noted that this episode is about previous experiences, and does not reflect a recent transition. For as many people who join a booming industry like network marketing, there are THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS who quit because everything is not what it seems, from bonuses and promotions to "fake it til you make it", you'll hear some of the biggest reasons why people quit network marketing, and what Aaron did to flip the entire problem on its head. Overview:
Melissa Martin, coach for network marketers, had never made a video before. After her first reel unexpectedly went viral, she had no idea the impact it would have for her business. In fact, the reel is what introduced host AJ and his new special guest Melissa. In this episode of DOSNM, AJ and Melissa talk about how to leverage social media, try new things, and most of all, be yourself while doing it!
Videos have never been Melissa’s preferred marketing strategy. But once Instagram introduced reels, their TikTok like feature, she decided it was time to learn something new. Melissa’s approach to trying new things involves messy action. Putting herself out there allows for her to gather feedback from others which ultimately helps her perfect and master her new skill. She knows that trying new things can be scary or uncomfortable, but if Melissa has learned one thing over the years it's that in order for her business to grow, she has to grow.
Through it all, Melissa wants to share with listeners just how important authenticity is. There is nothing more powerful than being ourselves. On this week’s episode she will share with AJ how she uses her social media in a positive manner to inspire, educate and connect with others.

“When you are happy and in an elevated energy space, you get more done,” explains Jazmin Steele, successful single mother and network marketer. On this week’s episode, host AJ and his guest Jazmin converse in a guilt free dialogue surrounding self-care.
Like many of us, Jazz has many times felt selfish for doing things for herself. In a business where she thrives to serve others, it is often easy to neglect her needs and wants. After a life altering divorce, Jazz felt as though she did not know herself. She soon came to realize, to progress forward, she needed to pour time into herself. Little did she know, by doing more of what made her happy , she would reap so many benefits. Just a few years later, Jazz is a better mother, friend, and businesswoman than she ever has been.
Join AJ and Jazz this week on DOSNM Radio for an upbeat pep-talk that will ensure you give yourself all the shameless TLC you need!

“I can’t leave my future in the hands of somebody else,” says Donta J. Lewis, profitable 26-year-old day trader and investor. In this episode, AJ and Donta discuss Donta’s journey to success, his life as a father, and the value of goal setting.
Donta’s relationship with entrepreneurship has been anything but easy. After several life obstacles, including incarceration, he decided it was time to follow his own path. He became certain that in replacement of money, what he truly desired was time. Time to do the things he genuinely wants with the people he values. This is now a reality for Donta because he firmly believes that no matter the past, or current circumstances, if you keep your end goals in mind, you can achieve anything.

What does it mean to diversify your portfolio? For Aaron James, it means not relying on one source of income to make your business work. And that’s transformed how he thinks about network marketing. In this episode, AJ is talking numbers, but don’t be scared. These numbers actually work FOR you -- not against you.
In Network Marketing 4.0, just hiring new recruits isn’t your only source of income. You are also capitalizing on your experience and your knowledge of the industry. AJ explains this by sharing a story about an old competitor in the DJ industry. Aaron watched as this DJ made an extra $10,000 a month simply by selling an inexpensive online course about how to start a DJ business. This guy didn’t work any harder, but he was out earning AJ by a LOT. And that, my friends, is what diversifying your portfolio is all about.
Tune in this week to learn about the law of averages, diversifying your portfolio, and how to totally transform your business by getting paid -- even when someone chooses not to join your team.
