What is our job is to continue to show up, shining our light and continue to inspire those around us. When they too are ready to let go of their pain, when they too are ready to expand, they will join you. You can’t put your life, your potential on hold, dim your light in fear of loosing them. Kia Ora fam, today I want to offer you some points to consider. If you struggle with particular emotions and you will tend to avoid them or suppress them.. this is for you. This isn’t about blaming, this is about becoming aware so you can make better choices for yourself, your wellbeing and how you show up for those around you. Emotions are all part of the human experience. However some emotions can seem uncomfortable for us so we unconsciously tend to avoid or bypass them. But what’s beyond that need to avoid or distract ourselves from naturally expressing that energy?? What have we been modelled in our earlier years in processing those emotions?? Becoming aware of the patterns means you can break the unconscious, unhealthy, coping mechanisms and fully accept all that is you.
