This past Saturday we got the opportunity to worship and pray over Portland, Oregon so we share our experience with that and much more.

Hi and welcome back! For the first time in 2020 Kayla and I can confidently say we are feeling at peace with everything going on in our lives. We aren't saying everything is perfect by any means but we don't feel like we're fighting to climb up a hill of loose dirt.  Today we discuss how we have put into practice the skill of being present within every situation and how by doing that it has opened up the flood gates of freedom for us. Being present not only allows for deeper connection with people but it also allows for a better understanding of self.
