This is the first of these I'm releasing. I've come to call them "van top prayers". I often travel up and down the coast, looking for waves.

I've taken to sitting on the deck at night, with the night sky, the ocean, the trees and the earth - seeing what words come to me. These are some words from a couple weeks ago. 

This is met to be more contemplative listening - try to listen when you have some space to relax and see what gets evoked in you as I share what is alive for me. 

In part one of a two parter, I sit down with Keri Padon, a certified Kambo practitioner. Kambo is a healing tradition from South America where the poison from a tree frog is administered often followed by an intense visceral healing reaction. We use Kambo as a launching point to touch on many delightful topics. Please enjoy Keri's radiant energy that shines forth in this episode.
