This episode talks about mental health, and how we can create safe spaces to talk about our own circumstance, and assist each other in overcoming these circumstances that cause our mental health to "not break the balance". We share statistics as well of recent figures in suicide in Namibia, which is directly linked to mental health. Please use the comments section so we can start a conversation in this regard. Hoping this episode will create a space that we can use to break the stigma associated with mental health, and how we maintain ours.
