Truth is we are all children at heart. We are most free when we are being our child like selves. Children operate from their imaginations and create. As we grow up we encounter trauma, experiences, pain, uncertainty, suffering that may put a lid and seal our “child self”. If we don’t heal that inner child he/she will be trapped forever and that can carry into adulthood. Give yourself permission to be a child again. Create imagine and visualize. We were all born to create and be children of god.
