It is critical as we transition to different seasons of our life that we train appropriately. The worst thing you can do is walk into a new opportunity and be unprepared or under prepared. Your ability to take on the different challenges and expectations of a new place are dictated on how you readied yourself for the next. It is necessary for us to level up and be ready to take on the next thing. How are you training?

Far too long violence, injustice, and ignorance has plagued our nation. This has resulted in a punch that has hit the nation hard. Will America react today, and push Jack back down in the box OR will there be a sustainable response and change?

Do you like puzzles? I know I do. I get excited trying to figure out how all the pieces fit to create an amazing picture. However, what if your life is the puzzle? How do you navigate the journey, especially when you believe there are pieces missing OR the pieces you have don't seem to fit?

YES, can pack a lot of power. Day in and day out people respond with a YES to request made of them. However, the choice to be in agreement  with another person, may not be out of want or desire, but a belief that your dentity will be solidified. Why do you say YES?

Today is my birthday! Growth and progression is happening all around us whether we realize it or not. Will you choose to stay where you are or move forward?

All those in position do not possess authority. It is better to be one who does not have the title, but have influence versus one who holds a role and have no true power. Where do you exist?
