Good morning, good afternoon or good evening to those who are listening us today. After a couple of months break that was dedicated for #contemplation and replanning, we’re back to the game and I’m happy to present you another #Inspirational #Conversations episode. If you are watching us for the first time, then you should know that this #podcast was born from the wish to inspire people in many possible ways and to #empower them in their #journey to become more #balanced persons. Today when we’re recording this video, cruel things are happening in Ukraine. Many other cruel situations are happening all over the world daily as well, and this shows that humanity is really out of #balance and in many cases out of its mind. People all over the globe are suffering from #anxieties, #worries, #depression, #grief. And I hope this episode can bring at least a tiny #help to those who want to learn to stay #calm in this chaotic world. One of the ways to stane #sane and calm is actually #meditation. I’m happy to see more and more people willing to learn and start meditation in daily life. People realize the strong effect of it on their #mental and #physical #health. Everyone speaks about different types of meditations but in the end, you have to choose what suits you the best. In the past episodes the guests of Inspirational Conversations were mentioning different types of meditations, but we never spoke about the #vocal #toning meditations. To speak about that and other voice and harmony related angles I invited Elisha Koppensteiner today, who’s based in Vienna and teaching people since 2008. She works with specific methods from the #body, #breath and voice work to open and free a person's very own sound and bring about deep personal transformation. As she says: “Freeing your own voice means activating your very own potential.” #voicetoning #breathwork #selfcare #peace #podcasting #interview #chat #onemindzone #chanting #mantras #voicehealing #vajradance
