These screenshots fact.

The 1st one is Eric causing once again, financial abuse, by wiping out a bank account that is used for bills. This after prior closing an account I put him on of 11 years. A 5/3 bank account that was used towards bills, necessities without my knowledge.

This new account he set up is at Civista bank and as once again... financially abusing money that is half legally mine. 

The 2nd, is a screenshot of Eric placing blocks on his phone. This which per attorney, makes it impossible to have any type of contact and an emergency setting of any financial obligations... to have a number to get ahold of him... financial obligations in his name.

You cannot, as he stated, be in communication with someone, who is placing blocks and doesn't have the emotional capability to communicate effectively as an adult. 

 Because I'm on fixed income. I didn't realize, until a kind soul that works within the county, advised me that I can get the legal help from attorneys that work with people like myself... on fixed income. Due to financial abuse by the spouse.

I had my 1st consultation on the phone today and have my 1st hour interview to proceed legally with all spousal matters. I did not know as well, when a spouse re-enlists. He not only faces civilian court with legal matters, but as well military court. Especially, when it comes to financial abuse of a spouse who is deemed federally disabled. Any spouse who was well aware, when they got married to that spouse that they were disabled.

Eric, last night, once again... leaves me with bare minimum, controlling all marital assets and bank account. I only get assistance from Indiana, for $29 to help in food and necessities and that is per month. The rest of what the state of Indiana... I will explain on a second Podcast.

Not off of emotions... but fact. 

I can only hope, his parent or parents, listens to this Podcast and understand the urgent need to get their son help.

But per therapist and attorney. You can't get help for someone or anyone that doesn't recognize they need help.

You also, do not know this person nor how long they have been engaging in this type of behavior. Many families do not nor will discuss this matter. Many just don't want to deal with the behavior and choosing instead, to walk away. It is a form of self protection.

I'm not the first he has done this to... or the last.

This is the behavior of a true addict. Wiping out all money late yesterday evening... lost track how many times he has done so. I also lost track how many bank accounts he has done this in a mere 2 months.

This is one of many valid reasons why he was asked to leave the house... to get treatment, counseling and provide proof. He did nothing, but get worse and controlling abusive. Creating a toxic hazardous environment is and will no longer be tolerated. Decision officially made.

Tom, you are 100% correct!.

Abuse is abuse.

Instead of help... he got worse. This is one of a million reasons why... I do not want him near me and decided, will NOT BE around the animals.

Make sure you also correct yourself and let the family member know over a week ago, what I told you to relay to them. Clearly, per cousin... you did not let them know, because now I am being made out as an ungrateful family member???. And... I have always said "Thank You" to anyone who's helped me throughout my entire life.

Remember... you told me over a week ago, that the owner was not going to be able to sell their townhouse. This was over a week ago. I have the texts and you told me via phone as well.

I said specifically;

"Let the family member know thanks for offering and I appreciated it."

Please don't intentionally start conflict between me and another family member... because my therapist is beginning to think this is intentionally and deliberately happening and that's not OK. That doesn't help any type of dysfunction.

"How Can I Help You?"

 It can be embarrassing for any adult child to ask for help from their parents. Not wanting to feel like they still need their parents for survival and wanting to be independent can leave them waiting until the last minute for support. This can become more apparent if requests for help have been met instead with words of disapproval and shame from parents. 

Yet, adult children may need help financially or physically. Knowing that they have a supportive parent or parents can give them the confidence to ask for what they need without fear of ridicule.

 Adult children should not be afraid to ask for help nor be placed as an embarrassment among family or competion with another sibling. Every adults needs are different. There should never be given parental entitlements or favoritism to one child and not be equal with the other. Whether one adult child has their own offspring, grandchildren... and another may not.

 Offering help with "no strings attached" gives parents the opportunity to show grace and gentleness to their adult children.

Love, support... Unconditionally.

What is worse: the discomfort of asking estranged family for help, or the discomfort of toughing out something alone? Or realizing both are the same... worse.

What do you do as a son or daughter... and find yourself not being able to unconditionally rely on those we expect to care about us the most? Our parents.

First of all... HANG IN THERE!

This is a critical turning point in life. This is where you must be 100% selfish when it comes to your health.

"DO what's best for YOU!"

Don't let lack of support from your parents or any family member drag you down. You need that energy, especially and most importantly, for your health. 

We unfortunately, don't get to choose our family. We are born into this group of unique individuals. It's not within our power, choice or decision. 

When dealing with family dysfunction. When it continues for long periods of time. Sometimes the best choice we must make for ourselves... is the toughest choice. Sometimes we must wish family well... and walk away. Reach out to the world and start building your circle of support.

Unconditional support is critically important for a patient. You can't go through every aspect of your medical journey... alone. Reach out to online support groups, talk to friends on ways, and ideas on how they may be able to help you. Have a 24-hour crisis number available on your phone. You never know when you may just need a friendly voice.

In the end... I just want YOU to know...
