Yes, the physical (external) aspect of taking care, is different from the emotional aspect of loving; you can very much clean, feed, treat, and meet all sorts of your physical needs, and at the same time, hate yourself so much, without even knowing it.
Only to wonder why you are persistently feeling empty.
So, what does it mean to really love yourself?
That’s what I answered in today’s episode.
