Dr. Ray C. Dam, a Cambodian who assumed the M1 role after Marcos was ousted in 1986, managing the Office of International Treasury Control (OITC).

Ken describes how the OITC, formed after the 1898 Spanish-American War, controls the "global debt facility," a shadowy system tied to the Federal Reserve and international banks. This wealth, often hidden from public records, allegedly funded everything from black ops to secret space programs and underpinned the global financial system, including public debt which we now can better name as "bondage." Ken weaves in historical events like the 1898 Treaty of Paris which gave the U.S. control over places like the Philippines and the Bretton Woods Agreement, which shaped modern finance. For example, Deuteronomy 32 mentions honey (Cancer’s Beehive Cluster), milk (Sagittarius’ Milky Way), and wheat (Virgo)—it’s a map of the sky, not a literal place. Then he gets into some spicy takes: the U.S. wasn’t founded as a Christian nation (quotes from Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Paine, all dunking on Christianity as a “parody” of sun worship). He even says stock market crashes always happen in Libra (the judge), like in 1929 or 2008, as a symbolic “judgment.” The Catholic Church? They call astrology evil to keep people spiritually stuck. And pop culture’s in on it too—think Face/Off with Gemini/Sagittarius names or Harry Potter characters named after constellations.

Ken adds another layer to Micah's presentation and shares that his 30+ years in law research has revealed a clear link to astrotheology which facilitates decoding common/maritime/admiralty law as parasitic, based on Roman civil code/bankruptcy. He emphasizes that law is the "decoder ring" for understanding bondage via voluntary consent/contracts; ties to monetary systems, mind control, containment fields (per Chief Ironbush). Ken explains how Roman civil law, maritime law, and monetary systems are a “parasitic” setup to trick people into consenting to control. It’s all about suppressing our sovereign free will, tying it to Chief Ironbush’s idea of a “containment field” where we are energetically bound unless we wake up. Even the zodiac symbols are part of this, inducing subconscious attachments.
