Freedom Church Gastonia - Sermon of the Week

Pastor BJ Sullivan delivers the final sermon in a 3 part message about putting the report of The Lord in action. Joshua and Caleb were set apart because they knew the report of The Lord, they declared it and they acted on it.

One of the things that set Joshua & Caleb apart from their entire generation is that they declared the report of the Lord even when people thought they were crazy. Pastor BJ Sullivan talks about how we can still declare HIs report boldly in todays world.

Joshua & Caleb were the only ones who left Egypt & entered the Promised Land. In Part 3 of this new series Pastor BJ Sullivan talks about 3 things that separated them from the rest of The Children of Israel and how we can apply the same principals to our lives.

There is always a view from where you live and in part 2 of Promised Land Pastor BJ Sullivan talks about how your “view” changes as you mature in your walk with the Lord.

Pastor BJ Sullivan points out the 3 places the Children of Israel lived and how each relate to the modern day believer. Egypt, the Wilderness, or the Promised Land…Where do you live?

Guest speaker Carlie Terradez preaches a powerful message on the 4 kinds of expectation in our lives and what it means to have a hope and future in Christ!

To close out the #Wait Series Pastor BJ Sullivan uses Psalm 57 to discover 5 steps that David used to find breakthrough & we can use them too!

Part 4 of #Wait is all about imagination!! Pastor BJ Sullivan reminds us that if we fix our thoughts on the hope found in Christ our faith will follow that hope like a light at the end of a tunnel.

Pastor BJ Sullivan delivers a message about redwood trees. Redwoods are some of the oldest and largest living organisms on earth and they get that way because of a root system that grows together and entwines. As we allow our roots to grow around each other we also will see longevity and prosperity.

In part 2 of our #Wait Series Pastor Lisa Sullivan talks about entwining yourself to hope during the waiting season by building yourself up in the Holy Spirit.
