Either way, life has a funny way of working work, there are twists and turns that we could never predict. Kathi reminds us that the one thing we are definitely destined for - greatness!

From God's point of view, our purpose in life is very simple. Just like a grape vine, the main purpose of our lives is to produce fruit. What is even more important for us to understand is that the owner of the vineyard is in charge, in control, and focused on receiving as much fruit as possible from His vineyard.

Christians are called to be people who easily forgive - it's with an attitude of forgiveness, of both a willingness to give and to receive, we keep away from attitudes of judgment​ with condemnation.

Rather than shouting into the storm and not be heard, are we instead turning to the Prince of Peace and asking Him to remind us who we are and who His has made us to be?

If we recognise that Jesus is with us in the storm or ready to meet us in the storm ahead, we simply need to ask Him for guidance and help. It seems in the story of Peter walking on the water (Matthew 14:22-36) we see that Peter wanted more than anything to be close to Jesus. So he asked Jesus if he could walk on the water. He moved from being a passive observer of the supernatural, to being an active participant!
