What if God is not calling you to walk through the storm but to walk on top of it?In this message, we explore two powerful kingdom moments side by side. The first is Moses and the parting of the Red Sea, where God made a clear path through an impossible situation. The second is the disciples on the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus walked on the water and invited Peter to do the same. Both are expressions of God's power. But they are not the same path, and recognizing which one He is calling you to changes everything.We dig into why Jesus was walking on the water in the first place. Job 9:8 tells us that only God treads on the waves of the sea. Jesus was not taking a shortcut. He was making a declaration, fulfilling Scripture, and revealing Himself as Yahweh in the flesh. When He said I am to the frightened disciples, He was not just calming their nerves. He was telling them exactly who He is.We also take a closer look at Peter, the one disciple who stepped out of the boat. Yes, he began to sink. But Peter walked on water twice, once going toward Jesus and once coming back with Jesus holding his hand. The eleven who stayed dry never experienced what Peter did. Sitting safely in the boat and criticizing those who step out is not faith. It is fear dressed up as wisdom.We also explore why things sometimes break when God starts to bless us. When Jesus filled Peter's nets the first time, they broke, not because of an enemy attack, but because the nets were not prepared for that kind of harvest. The same is true for new wineskins. When God pours something new into an old, rigid container, it cracks. The blessing is not the problem. Sermon by Apostle Ren Schuffman What is the difference between building a platform and building an altar? Both involve elevation, but they elevate completely different things. One lifts your name. The other surrenders it. This is one of the most important questions any believer can ask about their faith, their ambitions, and the foundation underneath everything they are building.The story of Job is one of the most powerful examples in all of Scripture of what it looks like to have a genuine altar beneath a life of influence and blessing. Job had wealth, honor, and a voice that commanded respect. He was the greatest man in the East. But when God spoke about him in heaven, He did not mention any of that. He simply said, Have you considered My servant Job? Earth knew Job by his platform. Heaven knew him by his altar.When Satan stripped everything away, the test was simple: would worship remain when the blessing was gone? Job sat in the ashes and kept his trust in God. His surrender ran deeper than his circumstances. And in the end, he received back twofold what was taken, not because he performed perfectly, but because what remained when everything was removed was an altar, not a platform.The cross of Jesus is the clearest picture of what an altar truly looks like. He rejected every platform man tried to give Him. He walked away when people wanted to make Him king. The only elevation He accepted was the cross, and above that cross, Pilate unknowingly wrote the divine name of God in Hebrew. The Pharisees saw it immediately and begged him to change it. He refused.God is not a distant, wrathful Father being held back by Jesus. He is a God who loved you so much that He Himself stepped in and bore what you could not. The cross reveals a God of love, not a God of punishment.If you are in a dry season right now, this is for you. Your desert is a journey, not a destination. God wants to build a platform around you, but He needs the altar to be in place first. Sermon by Apostle Ren Schuffman What does it really mean to be covered by the blood of Jesus? Most people treat it as a spiritual phrase without understanding the profound truth behind it. This teaching digs into Scripture, science, and the nature of time to reveal something that will completely change how you pray, how you speak, and how you see yourself.Scripture declares in Colossians 1 that all things were created through Jesus and in Him, and that in Him all things are held together. Revelation 13:8 tells us the Lamb was slain from the foundation of the world. That means the cross was not God reacting to humanity's failure. It was His original design, coded into creation before anything existed.Science is beginning to confirm what the Bible has always said. Quantum physics and the double-slit experiment reveal that particles of light appear to respond to future observations, suggesting that something in the physical world is not bound by linear time. Researchers studying aging have discovered that cells can be returned to their original code, reversing the aging process entirely. In animal studies, aging was reversed to the equivalent of 260 human years. Human trials are already showing results, including the reversal of blindness. And the laminin protein, the molecule that holds your cells together at the cellular level, is shaped like a cross.God's fingerprint is inside your body. The blood of Jesus is not something you apply from the outside. It is already in you, waiting to be activated.Revelation 12:11 says believers overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. When you speak what heaven has already written about your life, you align yourself with the original code placed in you at creation. You are not creating something new. You are expressing something that was always there.This teaching also explores identity and assignment. You are not called to become the person you are called to reach. If you are called to lift people out of brokenness, you are not called to live in it. In Mark 1:10, the Greek word used to describe what happened to the heavens at Jesus' baptism does not mean opened. It means torn. Ripped apart. Split open. That single word changes everything about how we understand the presence of God, the power available to believers, and what Jesus actually accomplished through His life and death.This message walks through the bookends of Mark's gospel, from the tearing of the heavens at the Jordan River to the tearing of the temple veil at Calvary, and shows how these two moments are deeply connected. Mark intentionally uses the same Greek word in both places to make a powerful theological statement: Jesus ripped heaven open at the start of His ministry to be empowered, and He ripped it open again at the end of His ministry so that we could be empowered.The prophet Isaiah had cried out centuries before, begging God to rend the heavens and come down. Mark opens his gospel by quoting Isaiah, and the connection is unmistakable. What Isaiah longed for has now happened. Heaven has broken into earth through Jesus Christ, and the access that was once limited to one priest entering one room one day a year is now available to every person.This message also addresses one of the most common struggles in the modern church: the gap between what we say we believe and how we actually live. Like King Saul, many people give God whatever is left over after everything else is done. Like King David, we are called to prioritize the presence of God above our own thrones and ambitions. Comfortable Christianity is not the cheaper option.
