Even in the midst of dark and turbulent times, we are called “Children of the Day.” Our identity as “children” plays a very important role in the setting of the “day”. Be encouraged and challenged as you listen to how the Father prepares his children to reflect him.

Whatever you are, you will dispense, and whatever you dispense, people will absorb. You cannot give away what you do not possess. The church is where people should find hope, grace, genuine love and God’s embrace. Leaders set the example of authenticity. It starts with loving Jesus.

Will discuss the Biblical background of the prophetic. Its relation to Israel and the church. The similarities of Old Testament prophets to the New Testament prophetic and the differences. What is the role of the prophetic in the church today? What about the human element in the prophetic? Harmonizing church government and the prophetic. Understanding the ministry levels of the prophetic. If or when a prophet misses it, is he or she a false prophet? What do you do when a prophet misses it? Besides the calling from God is there a process in the making of a prophet?

Everything that reproduces on Earth, will naturally reproduce after its own kind. If we desire the generation to follow to be one of valiant warriors that will speak crystal clear truth in the midst of a perverse world; then we need to set the example. We have much to learn from the life of King David, be prepared to be challenged.

"Returning to the biblical pattern of Christianity" - Most Christians today are trying to be relevant. We will look at how there is no need to try and be relevant because the Word of God is relevant for every generation.

Relevancy is the trend word for getting numbers into the Church today. Rather than the narrow road Jesus spoke about we seek to have an eight-lane freeway.

Are we building a church centred on the cross, repentance and eternity? With so many trapped in the cosmetics of Christianity it's time for us to get back to the Gospel!

God's principles have never changed. He's never, in the whole of history, changed the goal posts. But there are times when we, as believers, have a tendency to fit God into our way of thinking rather than look to His standards and adjust our lives to His ways (which, by the way, inevitably results in His blessing). Why is it we miss this simple, yet clear principle of God's truth?

In this session we will look at those who have gone before us, endured this life, and crossed the finish line with an understanding that God never changes or, better still, compromises on His set order – His Word!
