In this episode, I sat down with Patricia Boham to glean some of her life's wisdom and insights. Patricia is a retired clinical psychologist and has an extensive life practice in meditation. She is a teacher, a console and a writer and she is shining her grounded brilliance throughout this episode.

We play and have fun a little at first. We deepen in the idea of following our own desires and we get in touch with that which often holds us back.
