This edition features a stories on how the U.S. Military shows the Afghan people that they are here to help by putting construction and development at the top of the priority list in Afghanistan. The Army Corps of Engineers helps in Gardez District and about when U.S. Forces begin to draw back in 2011, they will start to transition Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan over to the Afghan people, by providing the base with equipment that is reliable, sturdy and can put out the amount of power needed.
