Shayne started with us 6 weeks ago - she described herself as:

Wow! My first ever radio interview happened at 7:20am on Thursday the 23rd and Friday the 24th of April 2020!

I'm over the moon to say the least, and so so grateful for the opportunity. 

I was a bit nervous to listen to myself back! However, it turned out really great and in fact there's so many helpful points and tips jam packed in the short 8 minutes of air time. 

In this interview, we chat all things wellbeing, isolation, getting started with exercise and routines.

When I read this passage on the weekend, I felt instantly in my heart that this passage of text is for the time we are going through right now. 

Everyone in the world is in some way or another affected by COVID-19. But how does this tough time, serve a great purpose? 

How does this problem, actually lead us to more hope and help us be a better person both mentally and morally?! 

How does pressure create a proven character in us? How can you use this time to challenge yourself to achieve a greater potential, rather than just focusing on the crisis' at hand?
