Freedomizer Radio

Something we ALL have in common is: each and every one of us is going through it right now!

We are all grappling with different issues in our lives. It's ok if you don't know how to process all the emotions coming up.

Are you aware of when you are operating from your head or from your heart? If you're stuck in judgment, doubt, fear, then you're in your head.

We are being called to follow our hearts.

Within your heart, is the path to your healing. If you're trying to avoid feeling those emotions that you know are going to bring up trauma, it's just your ego/your mind trying to get you to not look at your shadow.  Your shadow isn't scary. Your trauma isn't going to take you out if you look at it. They are just parts of you that want to be recognized, felt, and loved.

My co-host Randi and I would really love for this show to be interactive. If you would like to share how you're struggling, how you're getting through, how you're not going down a dark hole of self-sabotage, how you are going down the dark hole and not sure how to get out, we invite you to call into the show and join us on-air to talk about this important subject.

You can find both Randi & I here: https://www.harmonicsynthesis.org/

In this episode I shared an experience with a meditation that was guided by Amber Hegelson, you can find the meditation here on her instagram account. It's lovely, enjoy: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CUL6jUmF9WD/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Added Bonus!  I welcome our 2nd guest, Holland Vandenneiuwenhof, writer of the documentary, A Noble Lie: Oklahoma City 1995.  Watch here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R96tBbpOHIw

With the 20th Anniversary of 9/11/2001 this month, we've focused on the quest for uncovering the truth, exposing the official story lies about that devastating day, its impact on our lives since, and the similarities with our current worldwide response to the COVID pandemic we're experiencing now.

The lovely Vee Nyd will join me as my awesome co-host!
