#FreeFlowFriday - Cultivate Gratitude

This episode was inspired by a meditation I did about finding gratitude for yourself before sending gratitude outwards.  I reflect on ways I cultivate gratitude and how it has become a part of a (mostly) daily routine. Especially when it feels difficult, in times of self-doubt or frustration, cultivating gratitude can be helpful in reminding ourselves of the smaller things in life that we can be thankful for.
