CORPORATE/GROUP & 1:1 PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Back again after a few weeks off! Thanks for your patience and understanding. Summer has been a wonderful chance to spend time with my family and restore myself for another busy season ahead. Today I am sharing some thoughts on ways we show up for ourselves and others. I often say "showing up" is the hardest part of our yoga practice when I'm guiding a class - and I really believe that. Making the choice to show up in different ways in our lives is a practice and it's not easy. Have a listen and as always please share your thoughts with me!
