TW: Residential Schools in Canada
Today I am sharing my thoughts about the Residential Schools in Canada, and reflecting on the recent discoveries of unmarked grave across the country. This is a difficult discussion to have, but so important. If this conversation is triggering for you, please skip this episode (no hard feelings).
This is my pledge to do better as an ally and settler, to educate myself further, and to show solidarity to the Indigenous community.

This week I am offering a guided Loving Kindness Meditation, also know as the Metta Prayer. It starts by acknowledging and blessing oneself, then gradually expands outwards wishing good intentions to all beings. I was feeling called to share this as I believe that we are all in need of some extra loving kindness these days. As always, thank you for joining me.

In today's episode I am discussing the practice of setting healthy boundaries. This is something I am really working on and a recent meditation sparked my inspiration to talk about it. It's a practice and it's so important for our mental health and well-being. I could probably have so many more discussions about this topic, so I would love to hear your thoughts.
