Today I am sharing my thoughts about the Residential Schools in Canada, and reflecting on the recent discoveries of unmarked grave across the country. This is a difficult discussion to have, but so important. If this conversation is triggering for you, please skip this episode (no hard feelings). 

This is my pledge to do better as an ally and settler, to educate myself further, and to show solidarity to the Indigenous community.
