In today's final #freeflowfriday of the year, I'm sharing my thoughts about giving back. This is the biggest season to give back, but how can we continue to do so throughout the year, not only for others but for ourselves as well. I share some of the ways I am trying to give back this year.
This is my last episode for 2021 as I have decided to take a short break over the holidays. Thank you for all of your support and I wish you and your loved ones a peaceful and joyous holiday season! See you in 2022.

This week's #freeflowfriday was inspired by my dear friend, teacher and healer Amy Miranda and her workshop offering "What We've Forgotten" where we discussed synchronicity a lot. It came up for me throughout the week, as I was really trying to connect more and become more present and aware of signs and signals being sent to me by nature. Sharing my thoughts, some stories and experiences on synchronicity and how I am practising becoming more open to these beautiful moments in life. As always, let me know your thoughts!
