This week's topic was inspired by a conversation I heard on another podcast with Julia Cameron, author of 'The Artist's Way'.  Her new book 'The Listening Path: The Creative Art of Attention' is a program to help us become better listeners.  Hearing her speak got me thinking about the importance and power of actively listening to each other and ourselves, and how this can connect us on a deeper level, and cultivate more peace in the world.
