I'll talk about some very powerful ways to alter that type of focus in our life, and how an expanding awareness of how we express consciousness and energy to create our experience of our existence, can result in a powerful ability to redirect the energy of your life, to redirect consciousness.

We'll talk about free will or choice, and how you are the key to the way your reality unfolds "around" you.

As you walk the metaphysical and spiritual journey you are choosing to explore, there will be many moments when the shifts in how your reality shows up for you, may bring you experiences that are quite different to what you are used to.

Understanding the power of combining a deep understanding of the mechanisms of consciousness with a variety of experiences, can be incredibly helpful in nurturing the type of trust in yourself, in all layers of yourself, that then open the door for you, to allow the type of experiences and changes in your life, that are germane to a wider awareness and understanding of yourself and the experience of life you are having.

It is these types of changes that bring about an alteration in the experiences had in life, and the feeling states they fill your existence with.

In today's episode we'll explore the idea of process, the difference in how it is viewed by the wider/deeper us-the soul, and how adopting a more expansive approach to how we perceive and interact with process, can shift the way our reality shows up for us.

Process, in an experience of time, can frequently be seen as, perhaps we can say, a necessary evil on the way to our goals. If, however, we more into a deeper level of trust with the guidance of those deeper aspects of who and what we are, we will discover that the experience of process is the way we have of exploring each moment as its own experience, expanding it, shall we say, in a manner that the deeper us can only have an interaction with, through this type of experience; our physical experience within time.

We'll explore today, why and how embracing our journey, our process, and exploring it with the same enthusiasm that those deeper aspects of us hold for it, leads to a dramatic shift in the way it shows up for us.

In today's episode my intent in the information I will share, is to provide some context within which to perceive all the various posts and messages that are being presented, through social media and all other forms of information, about the type of changes to our planet and to our personal experience, that we can expect, which will be beginning in 2024 and expanding, as we move forward.

This episode is meant to give a framework of understanding and reference, both for those who are very early in their exploration, as well as those who still find some challenge in weaving together all the various ideas that have been presented over the years, regarding the nature of how our experience of reality comes about for us.  Because of course, there has been quite a volume of it shared with us.

In viewing all of the various scenarios that are being presented, all of the, many times different pictures, of where we will find ourselves and why, as we move into this year and coming years, it may be a challenge to understand which of these, is the most likely scenario we are likely to have come our way.

And this is what I hope to help you to understand in this episode. Which of these various scenarios that have been offered will be showing up, for you. And these last two words are the key-for you. 

As the changes that we have created into our experience of physical reality unfold and present themselves in increasingly obvious ways, it is, I believe, important to understand, why you are not only experiencing the version that you presently are and the version that you will, but also, why it is, that you will be having that experience instead of another.

There is no ONE experience, that everyone is going to have. This is important to understand. You are not in this time period, relinquishing your ability as a creator, but rather seeing, becoming increasingly aware, of more evidence of it. It is in an understanding of your part in your experience, that is the key to the type of experience you have. It will either fall within the framework of some of the scenarios offered or be something quite different.

The most important part of all of that is you, and when and why you make the choices that you will and do. We will go fairly deeply into all of that in this episode.

In this episode I want to introduce you to the benefits of creating a much deeper connection to nature than you may presently have. I will explain the process that I experienced as I first began to explore nature in an aware way, and a number of the mystical events I had as that experience deepened.

I will describe the benefits you can experience not only while you are exploring nature, but those that will carry over into and effect you everyday life. Benefits that will allow you to live your life in a much more fulfilling way, then perhaps you are able to do presently.

At the very end I will describe the setting and the experience, of possible the most profound and transformative experience I have had on this journey and exploration into self-awareness.

Keep in mind, as I mention within the podcast, that there is nothing within me that is not also within you. So, the examples of my experiences are there to help open doors of what is also possible for you. I have no more ability in that regard then you do. You just need to explore it and to allow it!!

In today's episode, I thought I would focus on those who are newer in their exploration of this journey.

After almost thirty years of deeply embracing my exploration of self, I have become familiar with many of the experiences that show up as we move to a deeper understanding of who and what we are. In today's episode I want to share some of that.

It's not an instruction manual or a set of rigid guidelines, but rather a collection of suggestions and examples of many of the experiences you are likely to encounter on this journey, and information that I believe will aid you as you experience them.

This archeological event you are pursuing, is really about unearthing the unlimited and infinite you, that lies so closely to your present experience. It really only takes understanding how to open the doors and which ones to open. And really, doors make it sound too sequestered. It more about just turning and looking in the direction you haven't yet.

Today's episode is the companion of the video podcast I recently released on YouTube.  In it I will explore the idea of the way your environment effects the way you shape consciousness to have the experience you are having. Though the environment we will explore, is maybe different than what you may suppose.

We will also explore that empty feeling that so many experience within themselves, to whatever degree they do, as they live their life from day to day. We'll explore the various ways that are typically utilized to attempt to fill that hole and have a different experience of life. We'll talk about why many of those attempts are not effective in providing what is desired, and the answer to how that space is actually filled and why.

Hello everyone, in today's episode I'll going to talk about the difference between the reality that you in collaboration with the wider you is creating and the times that we are cocreating. As we are experiencing our seemingly physical reality, what is the mix regarding what is cocreated and what is our expression of energy, or our configuration of consciousness?

This is an area that there seem to be many questions about, as I become aware of the various interactions, individuals are having in association with this journey.

I am also going to add additional information, about establishing and nurturing the natural connection we all have with nature and why that is. I'll talk about some of the benefits and approaches, that can be used to add this collaboration to your exploration of self.

It's a very potent addition to the growing awareness of who and what you are as you are expressing yourself within this physical type of experience. Nurturing it can bring about profound experiences as a part of your journey.

In today's episode we'll talk about two of the more challenging experiences within our reality: depression and substance abuse, as well as addiction.

From the perspective of how a deep understanding of self allows an individual mental and emotional strength in life, a life whose influences have led to a lack of belief and caring about yourself, as well as the feeling that you do not have the ability to make the choices you would like to make in life, can act to separate us from an easier access to what it is that lies within us.

It leads to us feeling empty and looking for answers.

What the inner self understands however, is that the ideas of our outer world, regarding what it is we need to do or have to be worthy, to be lovable, are extremely short sighted. As a result, it pulls us into ourselves, knowing that within is the one place where the information, knowledge and ability lie.

Or we attempt to pull ourselves away from the outer world with various substances. Trying to fill a hole that can't be filled that way.

We'll talk today about how the exploration and journey into a deeper awareness of us, is the most powerful and permanent way, to move us beyond these challenges.
