As Jesus casts the Legion of demons out of the man at Garesene, we see again several critical truths: that He is the One who holds all authority over every living thing, including demons; that demons know and believe more about Jesus than most human beings today; and finally, that He has a sovereign purpose that He is bringing to accomplishment through every encounter in ministry.
