Louis Peitzman is a freelance writer, most recently the Deputy Arts & Entertainment Editor at BuzzFeed News. He's also written for The New York Times, Gawker, TV.com, and the San Francisco Chronicle. He joins Eli on this week's episode to talk about the ins and outs of freelance writing. They discuss being a Los Angeles native ending up in New York, how journalism and reviews have changed over the last decade, and finding stable gig for over six years working before being laid off, as well as plans for the future!
