He has been on Broadway 16 times including shows like...Your Arms Too Short To Box With God, Sophisticated Ladies, My One and Only, The Who's Tommy, Lion King, and Smokey Joe's Cafe. Bailey was in the BFA acting program at Marygrove College where he took dance classes with Madonna.

As a freshman, he created AidAide.com, a websitzacke that helps students find financial aid opportunities. He was the first freshman to ever win Harvard's under graduate business plan competition and the $10,000 grand prize. He later merged efforts with financial aid start up Alltutition to release product in November 2011. He's currently a student coordinator and founding member of the Harvard Innovation Lab. At the lab, Hamed helps the multimillion dollar effort to support campus start-ups across the university though physical space and programming.
