Our first episode in the Rhythms of Grace series starts today!! YAY! The first rhythm of grace we are talking about is the SABBATH! It is absolutely one of our favorite topics so we love getting to talk about it with you today! Our culture has been moving at a hurried, hustle pace for a while and it has resulted in a more anxious, more depressed, more disconnected than ever before type of people. How does the way of Jesus give us another option? THE SABBATH! 

NEW SERIES, WHO DIS?! For our first series in our season 2 of Fresh Life, we want to begin by pressing into our RHYTHMS. At this point in the year you've probably dropped some of those new year resolutions so let's start the conversation into how we can introduce some new rhythms that can add intention to our days and walks with God!!
