After a long week off of gluttony and celebrating, the 3x international podcasters are BACK. They boys recap their Thanksgiving holiday where Ryan made his way down to the Texas valley and told tales of misadventures in Mexico, Demo's birthday party resulted in T's house being trashed, and Spotify wrapped day continues to be arguably more exciting than the Grammys. Since we do cover the Bachelor franchise lets hold a moment of silence for Rick... thank you. Clayton's obvious Bachelor bid was one of the most edited cherry picked scenes ever witnessed and we couldn't be more skeptical. Week 7 of The Bachelorette proved to be as boring as 4 dates in Minnesota sounds. A glaring lack of family issues and confrontation was present in this episode, but Joe's awkward family and weird interest in his sister-in-law did make up for it some. We finally had to say farewell to Rodney, but we are sure Paradise will do him well. FNF is still a UTSA stan podcast so that means the boys are headed to the championship game as this weekend approaches.

Shout out to the soldiers for real. The boys took advantage of their Veterans Day holiday to cover week 4 of The Bachelorette. AYE YO! The FNF gang is back baby. After a long week off we are here to cover week 3 of the Bachelorette. After a long season of Paradise and a spooky szn off week episode, the wait is finally over. The Bachelorette Season 18 premier is finally here. The boys recap their weekend of fun and declare that FNF is now a UTSA football stan podcast after officially being ranked for the first time ever. Jumping right into the new season of the Bachelorette, everyone is thoroughly impressed with Michelle Young's handle of the house and performance during the first new episode. Ryan's (not our Ryan) room gets raided and a long, but hilarious, list of notes is found, Nayte represents Texas and snags that first impression rose, PJ comes in with the juice, and the boys make their predictions and give their thoughts on how they think this new season will go. The weekend forecast has a solid weekend of fun as friends are in town and the gang heads out to see Dune in theaters (no free adds).

Spooky Szn is finally here and Fresh Never Frozen is back with a Halloween themed episode. The boys cover their weekend review, MGK and Megan Fox, and some upcoming television that the fall season is bringing upon us. Despite all odds THE BOYS ARE BACK. After a couple of weeks of technical difficulties we finally got our act together and invested in equipment that can sustain a small sized podcast. The Squid Game has swept through the nation and the boys chime in on whether or not Demo, T, or Ryan would survive in a survival of the fittest situation. Bachelor in Paradise Season 7 has finally concluded and no one can be more excited that the Fresh Never Frozen (FNF) crew. We recap week 7's feud with Ivan, and cover the season finale of BIP's 7th season. James and Aaron took our hearts without warning and Joe and Serena get their happily ever after despite Kendall doing her best to destroy everything good. Look we're just gonna be honest here. We had fun with this one. Bachelor and Paradise week 6 may not have been anything that you'll remember down the line, but this podcast episode definitely may be. The boys are back with their weekend roundup that includes everything from Ryan and Demo visiting their old stomping grounds to and an unexpected meeting at a bar. Good friend of the pod, Brenda, provided us with some tier 1 content as she went head to head with stan MGK twitter and Ryan couldn't help but getting in the middle of it. Bachelor in Paradise week 6 kind of felt like when all of your best friends got into a relationship and you were the only single one who still enjoys drama and toxic relationships, but the boys powered through it to give y'all another episode. As Ryan and Tristan's birthday approach the boys have yet another solid weekend ahead and Demo has no choice but to come along for the ride.

After a week off the boys are back and more rejuvenated than ever. Lastly, for dessert, the boys talk about their weekend plans and Ryan shoots down Tristan's invite to watch some high school football.
