Brett kicks off the program by talking with Pete Kaliner, for this week's Friday Hangover segment, about Biden's ever deteriorating condition and some ideas as to how his people can attempt to downplay his elderly condition. 

Brett shares a clip of Biden discussing the prospect of a debate between him and Trump, it's as confusing as you would think, he begins rambling about him being the most eligible bachelor in the 70's and all that came along with such a title.  

Brett and Pete also point out how incoherent Biden sounds in an interview, what could he possibly do in a debate with Trump? With Biden's condition today how could we possibly expect him to be the leader of the free world for another four years?
