1.  Make sure your Pre Approval stays current, credit, pay and watching the rates.

2.  Make a list of your Wants and Needs

3.  Its a numbers game, be prepared to write multiple offers

4.  Consider changing your Price Point to cover the spread, stay away from maxing out

5.  Being open to expanding your search area
