Summary:

"It's about a new teacher who is from an affluent family. She starts working at what is considered an at risk school with incoming freshmen from a completely different walk of life.

This is set in Los Angeles in 1994, and she gets them to see their commonalities in each other, regardless of race, gang tensions, and gets them to still learn at the same time. She gets them to finish a book cover to cover and take an interest in school and themselves and creating a better life for themselves because when they enter that classroom, as they say, they're in the middle of a war. They are not interested in anything to do with the classroom. They're more concerned about surviving that day." - Kore

Summary:

We have Mr. Schneebly, who's actually Dewey, who was in a rock band. He gets kicked out of the rock band and is trying to find a way to make some money because he owes the actual Mr. Schneebly money. So, he decides to act as a substitute teacher, but he has no training, no idea how to be a substitute teacher, and yet discovers these kids can make music.

So he's like, perfect, they're going to be in my rock band for battle of the bands. So then he starts making the band with the students and they finally figure out that he's not a real teacher. Then the kids are like, okay, well, we just spent the entire semester learning how to make a band. So then they go to Battle of the Bands, they lose, but they're like the most accepted band at Battle of the Bands. - Abby

So then our characters, Jeff Goldblum and Will Smith have to save the day by creating a computer virus that takes down the spaceship shields so that we can actually blow up these spaceships.
