In this podcast with cover defensive Behavior, it is the completion of the previous podcast where we were reading a paper. Hopefully it's not too boring but there are some things that help us understand our management decisions while beekeeping. Also we hear about the thrashing of a wives tale. One of those times where we are not actually playing telephone with beekeeping information this is straight from the researchers pen.

In today's episode we are going to go over some key points of demonstrating an understanding basic beef biology and behaviour. This comes from the certified beekeeping technician course. Today we're going to be discussing the difference between emergency Queen cells and swarm cells how they are built the feeding and care of the colony prior to the Queen cells being built during and after the Queen emerges. We will also discuss the mating process and necessary conditions for success. We will also touch on the difference between bee keeping as a hobby, sideline, commercial, pollinators, and Breeders.

This evening will be covering the Lifespan of the different castes, and the life of the super organism we call beehives.

So today this is the 1st episode of worker bees, worker bees are so important that I wasn't even able to fit their job description into one Podcast. Come learn about worker bees and the importance they have in the democracy of the hive.
