Where does Jesus meet people?
Not in perfect places. Not when they have it all together. Not after they clean up their mess.

As we kick off our Friends series, we look at how Jesus first called His disciples: fishermen at work, a tax collector in his sin, doubters full of questions, and what they became after encountering Him. From ordinary lives to world changers, their stories remind us that Jesus meets us right where we are… but He never leaves us there.

We also talk about Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38–42 and how Jesus cares more about relationship than performance. Whether you feel distracted, unqualified, stressed, or stuck, this message is a reminder that Jesus is not waiting at the finish line, He’s stepping into your real life right now.

No matter your past, your doubts, or your current struggles, Jesus is still calling: “Follow Me.”
