What language does your life speak? Is it pride, comparison, and revenge... or grace, humility, forgiveness, truth, and love? Looking at the story of Jephthah and the Ephraimites, Pastor Jonathan challenged us to examine our hearts and remember that Jesus didn't come to give us a new accent—He came to give us a new nature.

What do you do when the storm won't stop?

In Week 5 of our series "Our Struggles Are Real, But So Is God," we look at the story of Peter stepping out of the boat and onto the water.

Fear, doubt, anxiety, and uncertainty have a way of distorting what we see. The disciples found themselves in the middle of a storm, and Peter was faced with a choice: focus on the waves or focus on Jesus.

The storm was real.
The fear was real.

But so was God.
