Kristen started drinking like so many of us in a college town where it was simply the thing to do. It evolved into a daily habit in early adulthood and then started to affect her relationships and parenting. This is when the seed was planted and that little voice started telling her that something wasn’t right.

Kristen eventually sought help through an outpatient program but didn’t tell her elderly parents, not to hide anything but to protect them from the worry. Hear how Kristen navigates her relationship today with a partner who drinks occasionally and much more!
