My recent six-day hike across the Overland Track in Tasmania, opened up a whole new world for me, allowing me to experience many new challenges -
things I had never thought of doing before.

From climbing mountains to swimming in ice cold water, I absolutely fell in love with the whole adventure.

Whilst I don't have Girls Trek to thank for my first hiking experience (that accolade goes to Tasmanian Hikes), Frith Graham is the consummate professional, arranging unforgettable and unique hiking experiences for the perfect girl's getaway.

Their trips are challenging in parts but also rewarding and a lot of fun.  Their aim is to provide happy memories to last a lifetime.

I know you'll be pulling on your hiking boots and strapping on your backpack after hearing from Frith!
