Allison spoke about her struggle with mental health throughout the years after her dad committed suicide and with all of the other curve balls that came her way later in life too. Sometimes a crisis happens and we don't know how to get out of it or see a way out. That's where Habakkuk 3:17-19 is such a good word for keeping us in a good daily headspace.
