  • Perception vs. Reality

    Send us Fan Mail

What you see, feel, and believe might not tell the full story. In this episode, we unpack how our minds shape experiences—sometimes twisting truth into illusion. From first impressions to hidden biases, we explore why perception can deceive us and how learning to question it can bring us closer to reality.

  • What is commitment?

    Send us Fan Mail

In Matthew 16:24, Jesus gives a powerful call to discipleship: “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.” This isn’t just a momentary decision — it’s a daily commitment to live surrendered to Him.

In this episode, we dive into what it truly means to commit your life fully to Christ. Following Jesus is more than words or Sunday worship; it’s a daily choice to die to self, embrace His will, and walk in obedience — even when it costs us something.

We’ll talk about what taking up your cross looks like in real life, how to stay faithful when the path gets hard, and why genuine commitment to Christ leads to true freedom and purpose.

  • Virtue

    Send us Fan Mail

In the Christian tradition, virtue means habitual goodness — the steady desire and practice of choosing what is right, true, and holy.

St. Augustine once said that virtue is “a good quality of the mind by which we live rightly.” But as Christians, we know that true virtue doesn’t come from our own strength — it comes from grace. It’s the Holy Spirit working within us, shaping our character to reflect Christ.

The Apostle Peter gives us a beautiful picture of this growth in his letter:

“But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge,
to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness.”
    — 2 Peter 1:5–6 (NKJV)

Peter isn’t describing a checklist — he’s describing a journey of transformation. Faith is the foundation, but virtue is the building. It’s how faith takes root and becomes visible in the way we live, speak, and love others.

Virtue is the evidence of a heart being renewed by Christ. It’s not perfection — it’s direction. Each day, as we lean on the Spirit, we learn to choose what is good, true, and pleasing to God.

  • Should Christians Participate in Halloween.

    Send us Fan Mail

As October 31st approaches, many believers find themselves wrestling with a familiar question: Should Christians celebrate Halloween? For some, it’s simply a fun, family-friendly night filled with costumes and candy. For others, it represents a celebration with dark and pagan origins that stand in stark contrast to the holiness God calls His people to.

In this episode, we take a thoughtful and biblical look at how followers of Christ should respond to cultural traditions that have spiritual roots outside of God’s truth.

Together, we’ll consider the history of Halloween, its modern expressions, and how Christians today can either choose to abstain or redeem the day for God’s glory—using it as an opportunity to love their neighbors, share the gospel, and shine the light of Christ in a dark world (Matthew 5:14–16).

Whether you’re a parent making decisions for your family, a church leader guiding your congregation, or simply a believer seeking truth, this episode will help you navigate Halloween with a heart rooted in Scripture and a desire to honor God above all.

Four men who once chased after the world now come together in pursuit of something far greater — the truth found in God’s Word. Each carries a past, but in Christ, the past no longer defines us. As we leap forward in our walk with Him, we may be surprised to find some familiar faces sitting across the table — redeemed, renewed, and walking the same path toward His grace.

  • Happy Birthday Dad!!

Welcome to FROG Discipleship — where faith meets everyday life, and leadership begins with trust.

    Today’s episode is deeply personal.
It’s a reflection on my dad’s relationship with Christ — a man whose quiet faith and steady love left a lasting mark on my life.

He taught me that discipleship isn’t just about what we say we believe — it’s about how we live, how we love, and how we treat the people God places in our path.

This episode is a reminder: don’t take people for granted.
You never know when a conversation might be the last one —
so make every word count, every moment meaningful,
and every connection a reflection of Christ’s love.

  • My Testimony Part 1

"I didn’t plan to end up here.
    Addiction wasn’t the goal.
Pain wasn’t part of the dream.
And God? He felt a million miles away.

    Tragedy hit.
    I broke.
And instead of turning to Him… I ran.
    Fast. Hard.
    Until I couldn’t run anymore.

But even in my darkest pit…
    He was there.
    Waiting. Pursuing.
And when I finally stopped fighting…
I found something I never expected — freedom.

    This is my story.
Not a highlight reel — but the real, raw road from chaos to surrender.
    From addiction to redemption.
From running… to resting in His will.

Welcome to FROG Discipleship— where you’ll hear the kind of testimony religion can’t manufacture… but grace can redeem."
