In my interview with Claudia, we talked about how she led a recent spiritual retreat and adventure in South America. She took a group of people from Australia to Bueno Sires in Argentina and Panache in Brazil. She called that a ReTrip, it is partly a “Retreat” and party a travel adventure “Trip" to see the extraordinary beauty of South America. 

Claudia is an energy healer, spiritual teacher, coffee cup reader, Reiki Master, Shamanic practitioner and so much more. You can imagine the Retreat element has a lot to do with healing and spiritual practices. I know they did a cacao ceremony and I went on asking what that is, guessing it is more than drinking a chocolate type of beverage? She explained to me about cacao, how it is used as a sacred ceremonial plant, as it helps us to "open our heart"

What I love about her work is that it is all about love.

Spiritual Healing Retreat and Adventure in South America  

She said: “What you open your heart, healing will occur.” What she learned from the ReTrip is that when people join their minds and hearts and support one another, the effect of healing will just go up to the next level.

Back in 1993, she visited Brazil for the very first time and she thought to herself, one day she would take people to see this beautiful country. It was almost like a seed planted in her mind. Years gone by, she has a friend who has a travel agency, another runs a healing centre and with so many other cooperative components fall into place, her dream has now finally become a reality. More than that, she has also become a more mature woman and a seasoned healer. 

I have to say, a trip likes this requires tremendous effort and I admired her to take it on with courage. She said. "If you have a dream, you can most certainly manifest it, if it is for the highest good.” 

Plant a seed of your dream today

So what is your dream? Have you planted a seed yet? 

I cannot help but to add, even when there are plenty of cooperative components falling into place before our eyes, we can still say, “Let me think about this or seat on it” and don’t take the necessary actions to turn our dream into reality. There are times because we are afraid we may fail, or overthink the whole situation and convinced ourselves that we need to wait.

No matter what is that you want to heal, change, create or achieve, plant a seed today. 

Do something that is in the direction of manifestation instead of procrastination. If it requires more than 30 minutes than bring it down, make it smaller. But make sure you get it started today!
