Julian co-founded leading digital agency Orange Bus, with responsibility for their strategic direction and commercial growth. He grew the business from a two-man band operating from a small attic office to a 150-strong agency with offices across the UK and high-profile clients, including Barbour, Aston Martin Racing, HMRC, and the BBC. After selling Orange Bus to Capita in 2016, Julian exited in 2020. He is now using his experience to advise others in his NED and Chair roles. We discuss Julian’s behavioural pattern and his aspiration to start a business with the intention of selling from day one.
