Ru: В тихом загородном центре для духовных практик, где весна готовилась расцветать, воздух был наполнен ароматами свежих цветов.
En: In the quiet suburban center for spiritual practices, where spring was preparing to bloom, the air was filled with the aromas of fresh flowers.
Ru: Юрий шел по дорожке, лежа рукой на белоснежном листке с надписью "Курс по борщу".
En: Yuriy walked down the path, holding in his hand a white sheet with the inscription "Course on borsch."
Ru: Однако, к его удивлению, кроме мечты о кулинарных успехах, его ждало совсем другое приключение.
En: However, to his surprise, besides the dream of culinary success, an entirely different adventure awaited him.
Ru: Войдя в зал, Юрий остановился.
En: Entering the hall, Yuriy stopped.
Ru: Перед ним были расстелены яркие коврики, а не привычные кухонные столы.
En: Laid out before him were bright mats, not the usual kitchen tables.

En: At that moment, Nikolai, the local instructor, approached him and pointed out that he needed to relax his shoulders.
