  • What Are You Doing With What God Gave You? | FRUIT Ep. 7

Have you been waiting for more time, more money, or more confidence before doing something meaningful?

Sometimes we genuinely need more capacity or support. Other times, we're overlooking an opportunity already in front of us.

In Episode 7 of FRUIT: Living a Life That Reflects Jesus, we explore the fruit of stewardship—how our relationship with Jesus shapes the way we care for and use what we've received.

Through 1 Peter 4:8–11, we discover how our gifts can serve others and why faithful service depends on God's strength.

Together, we discuss: 🍇 How comparison can keep us postponing meaningful action 🍇 Why familiar abilities can be easy to undervalue 🍇 What Peter teaches about receiving gifts and serving others 🍇 Practical applications for our attention, resources, and abilities 🍇 How to respond with generosity and honest limits

Our central question: "Am I waiting for God to give me more while overlooking what He has already entrusted to me?"

Your weekly challenge: Choose one thing you've been overlooking and complete this sentence:

"This week, I will care for ______ by ______."

Then decide when you'll take that step.

    📖 Main Scripture: 1 Peter 4:8–11

Have you ever sat in your car before work and prayed, "Lord, please help me today"?

You care about your work. But some days, you arrive tired, discouraged, or already anticipating a difficult interaction.

What does following Jesus look like during an ordinary workday?

In Episode 6 of FRUIT: Living a Life That Reflects Jesus, we explore how faith becomes visible through dependability, integrity, teamwork, and the way we treat people.

Together, we discuss: 🍇 Working wholeheartedly when motivation is low 🍇 Recognizing the people affected by our everyday tasks 🍇 Being approachable when someone needs help 🍇 Contributing while communicating responsible limits 🍇 Addressing workplace concerns constructively 🍇 Receiving feedback without questioning your worth 🍇 Making room for rest and connection after work

  • Who Are You When Life Gets Hard? | The Fruit Under Pressure | FRUIT Ep. 4

You prayed. You prepared for the day. Then one comment, one disappointment, or one unexpected change left you struggling with your response.

What does following Jesus look like in that moment?

In Episode 4 of FRUIT: Living a Life That Reflects Jesus, we explore how our faith shapes our responses when we feel criticized, overwhelmed, hurt, or afraid.

Together, we discuss: 🍇 How to acknowledge strong emotions and choose your actions 🍇 What pressure can reveal about the places that need attention 🍇 How to receive correction without questioning your whole identity 🍇 What Jesus' prayer in Gethsemane teaches us about distress and surrender 🍇 How to keep a difficult interaction from affecting every relationship afterward 🍇 One practical question for your next challenging moment

"What would faithfulness look like in my next response?"

That response might involve listening, asking for help, setting a boundary, acknowledging a mistake, or taking time to rest.

    📖 Scripture: Ephesians 4:26–27; James 1:2–5; Matthew 26:36–46.

Your weekly challenge: Choose one situation where you regularly feel pressured. Bring it to Jesus, ask for wisdom, and practice one faithful response.

  • What's Coming Out of Your Mouth? | The Fruit of Your Words | FRUIT Ep. 3

    "I was just being honest."

Have you ever used those words after saying something that hurt someone?

Our words have an impact—in our homes, at work, online, and in conversations about people who aren't there to answer.

In Episode 3 of FRUIT: Living a Life That Reflects Jesus, we explore what our speech reveals about our hearts and how our relationship with Jesus can shape our next conversation.

Together, we discuss: 🍇 What repeated criticism, gossip, and complaints may reveal 🍇 How to speak truth without humiliating someone 🍇 The difference between seeking support and spreading a story 🍇 Why humor still needs care 🍇 How to repair harm caused by our words 🍇 Three questions to ask before speaking or pressing send

Your practical takeaway: Is it true? Is it needed? Is it caring?

    📖 Scripture: Luke 6:43–45; Ephesians 4:29; Proverbs 16:28; Psalm 141:3.

This week's reflection: "What do my words reveal about what I have been allowing to grow in my heart?"

  • Who Gets the Best Version of You? | The Fruit at Home | FRUIT Ep. 2

Have you ever been patient with people all day—then come home and lose your patience over something small?

You love your family. But after work, responsibilities, and caring for everyone, they sometimes receive your most exhausted responses.

In Episode 2 of FRUIT: Living a Life That Reflects Jesus, we bring our faith into the place where our habits are most familiar: home.

Together, we explore: 🍇 Why our families sometimes receive whatever energy is left 🍇 How patience, gentleness, and humility become visible at home 🍇 How to communicate your needs and share responsibilities 🍇 What a meaningful apology sounds like 🍇 A simple coming-home practice: Pause, Name, Connect

Your family doesn't need you to perform perfectly. Love grows through listening, honest limits, shared responsibility, and making things right when we fall short.

    📖 Scripture: Colossians 3:12–14; James 1:19–20; Mark 6:31.

This week's reflection: "Does my family experience the love I say I believe in?"

  • NEVER STOP GROWING

There is no graduation day from becoming more like Christ.

You will never know so much that you no longer need Jesus.

And you will never be so broken that Jesus cannot continue transforming you.

In the final episode of GROWTH: Becoming More Like Christ, we're bringing our entire journey full circle.

    We started this series asking:

Why do some people stop growing?

Some believe they already know enough.

Others stop believing they can change.

    One is rooted in pride.

    The other in hopelessness.

    But there is another way:

To remain humble enough to say,

    "Lord, teach me."

    And hopeful enough to say,

    "Lord, keep changing me."

In this finale, we talk about what lifelong spiritual growth actually looks like—including how to recognize growth when you still feel unfinished, why old struggles don't always mean you've gone backward, and practical ways to keep growing long after this series ends.

We'll talk about staying close to Jesus, reading Scripture for transformation, remaining teachable, paying attention to our reactions, practicing what God teaches us, reflecting regularly, embracing uncomfortable seasons, surrounding ourselves with growing people, serving others—and intentionally investing in our spiritual, emotional, physical, and personal growth.

Because growth doesn't happen simply because time passes.

Getting older happens automatically. Growing doesn't.

And before we close, I'll invite you to create your own Growth Covenant—a lifelong commitment to never stop becoming more like Christ.

    🌱 Final Growth Question:

"Jesus, what do You want to grow in me next?"

    The series may be ending.

    But your growth isn't.

    📖 Philippians 3:12–14

  • Growth Is Not Just for You

What if your growth was never supposed to end with you?

What if the patience God has been developing in you is for the child who needs a gentler mother?

What if the wisdom you gained through one of your hardest seasons is exactly what another woman needs to hear?

What if the peace God has been teaching you is meant to change the atmosphere in your home?

In Episode 9 of GROWTH: Becoming More Like Christ, we're shifting the question from:

"What is God doing IN me?"

    to:

"What does God want to do THROUGH me?"

Last episode, we talked about the Fruit of the Spirit.

But fruit isn't meant to simply hang beautifully on a tree.

    Fruit feeds people.

In this episode, we'll talk about:

    • Why your spiritual growth isn't just for you • How the fruit God develops in you blesses others • Why you don't need a platform to have influence • How ordinary faithfulness can have eternal impact • Why your purpose may already be standing in front of you • How God can redeem painful parts of your story • Using your gifts to serve instead of simply succeed • Why serving doesn't mean exhausting yourself • How one transformed person can change an entire environment

And stay until the end because I'll give you one question that may completely change the way you think about purpose, calling, and influence.

✨ Kingdom impact isn't measured by how many people know your name. It's measured by how faithfully you love the people God has placed in front of you.

  • Growth Should Be Visible

How do you know if you're actually growing spiritually?

Is it because you read your Bible every day?

    Go to church?

    Pray regularly?

    Know Scripture?

    Serve in ministry?

Those things matter—but Jesus gives us another way to recognize spiritual growth:

    Fruit.

In Episode 8 of GROWTH: Becoming More Like Christ, we're taking an honest look at what spiritual maturity actually looks like in everyday life.

Because it's possible to know Scripture and still be unkind.

To worship on Sunday and speak harshly to your family on Monday.

To talk about forgiveness while holding onto bitterness.

To serve others publicly while having little patience with the people closest to you.

    So maybe the question isn't:

"How much do I know about Jesus?"

    Maybe it's:

"Am I becoming more like Him?"

    In this episode, we'll explore:

    • The difference between spiritual activity and spiritual maturity • The nine fruits of the Spirit in everyday life • How your reactions reveal your growth • Why your family may see your spiritual maturity most clearly • How your workplace becomes a training ground for character • Why you shouldn't compare your growth with someone else's • Why fruit cannot be manufactured through trying harder • How abiding in Christ produces lasting transformation

And stay until the end because we'll walk through a simple Fruit Check to help you recognize where God has already grown you—and where the Holy Spirit may want to grow you next.

✨ Spiritual growth isn't just something you know. Eventually, it becomes something people can see.

    Key Scriptures: Galatians 5:22–23 John 15:4–5 Matthew 7:16–20 James 1:22 1 Corinthians 13:1–3 Philippians 1:6
