ROCKiT Architects founding Principal Brian DiPietro brings over seventeen years of multifamily experience to any project he’s involved in from his tenure at WTW Architects where he was an associate for seven years and principal for two years. He was an integral part of many of their residential multifamily projects and student housing numbering over 15,000 designed and built, with 30,000 master planned. He began leading the design and management of a $54M student housing project within months of graduating and never stopped leading.

 

Brian brings a unique talent to his projects; he was once called “the best darn natural floor planner I’ve ever seen” by the most tenured professor at Kent State. Combine this with his natural acumen for construction, he worked as a carpenter in high school and college, and you have an architect who knows how to design and detail a building very efficiently. It doesn’t hurt that he also graduated as a top designer in his class.
