Somatic Yoga is gentle. It is mindful. It is about being present inside your body. And the most beautiful part? You can practice Somatic Yoga anywhere—on the floor, in your bed, or even sitting in a chair.
This makes it available to every body, every age, every level of ability. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to look a certain way. You don’t even need fancy equipment. You simply need your body, your breath, and a willingness to listen inward.
