In a world where tension seems to be everyone’s default setting, the leaders who thrive aren't the ones who avoid it; they're the ones who know how to move through it. Dr. David Zierk unpacks Relationship Intelligence (r.IQ), a powerful framework that goes beyond emotional intelligence to help leaders build cultures where people feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow—even in the middle of tension.
Highlights
→ Why being born with the capacity for relationships isn't enough, and what leaders must learn to become truly relationally intelligent.
→ The four building blocks of Relationship Intelligence—safety, support, validation, and challenge—and why skipping even one can quietly fracture your team's trust.
→ How the world's best leaders don't just manage conflict, they use it as a catalyst to build deeper connections, stronger teams, and cultures people actually want to stay in.
