I sat down and spoke with Valerie McCrea who describes her unique journey from starting out as a Lead Teacher for Teach For America before leaving a first time to become a Customer Success Manager. She then found herself back in the classroom where she stayed for over 7-years before exiting a final time. Valerie now finds herself as a Marketing Integration Lead for Motion Recruitment.
